
Aarti earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge in 2007, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount St. Mary's College in 2010. She has pursued extensive postgraduate training in pelvic health (including prenatal and postnatal care), mentorship in pelvic health, kinesiotaping, treatment of torticollis and plagiocephaly in infants, visceral mobilization, manual therapy, movement science, and pain science.
In addition to her clinical work, Aarti has served as part-time faculty at Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles, where she taught Anatomy and Physiology labs for the undergraduate biology department. She is an active member of both the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA), and is a strong advocate for the profession, supporting APTA's Vision 2020 initiative.
Originally from Bradford, England, Aarti moved to the United States in 2001. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, as well as with extended family and friends. Her personal interests include reading, cooking, and running-all of which help her maintain a well-rounded work-life balance.
